Do I have to use concierge services?

No. Concierge services are optional.

All clients can access guidance and information without committing to additional services.

What kind of help is included by default?

All clients can receive:

All medical decisions and clinical care remain between you and your chosen medical facility.

Our role is guidance, coordination, and support.

Will this replace the services provided by the hospital or clinic?

No. Concierge services are designed to complement — not replace — what a medical facility provides.

We help fill gaps that facilities may not cover, such as logistics, recovery planning, or non-clinical follow-up support.

Can you help after I return home?

Yes. When appropriate, we can help coordinate follow-up support such as telemedicine questions, wellness check-ins, or guidance on next steps after you return home.

Is concierge support available in Thailand?

Yes. When local assistance is helpful, concierge support is provided directly from Thailand by experienced healthcare coordination teams. This ensures timely communication, cultural familiarity, and continuity of support before, during, and after care.
